No Bailout. Sorry, bros.

House Republicans voted against the bailout because they didn't like Pelosi's pre-vote speech. 
They thought it was too partisan.

I attached it for others to reference. I was watching it all go down on C-Span. Republicans voted overwhelmingly against the plan, against Bush, and Boehner's pleas. Sure there are other reasons they voted against, but this reason was most mentioned.

What I spoke about wasn't in the first paragraph, but it was the first reason noted in the article for the bill failing:
Immediately after the vote, many House members appeared stunned. Some Republicans blamed Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Democrat of California, for a speech before the vote that disdained President Bush’s economic policies, and did so, in the opinion of the speaker’s critics, in too partisan a way.
